Terms of Service

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Types

The Service supports multiple user roles including:

• System Administrators: Full access to tenant configuration and management
• Coaches/Staff: Access to athlete management and scheduling features
• Athletes: Access to personal profiles, schedules, and progress
• Parents/Guardians: Access to linked athlete information and billing

3.3 Minor Users

Users under the age of 18 may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor's use of the Service.

4.1 Subscription Plans

Access to the Service requires a valid subscription. We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of available plans are provided on our website and during the registration process.

4.2 Free Trial

New Tenants may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

4.3 Payment Terms

All payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at queries@sportia.app with details of your request. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.

5.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in managing your sports academy operations.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree that you will NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the Service or any portion thereof to third parties
• Sublicense your access to the Service to any other person, entity, or organization
• White-label or rebrand the Service for resale or commercial distribution to third parties
• Operate the Service as a service bureau or offer it as a managed service to others
• Share your subscription with multiple academies or organizations not under your direct ownership
• Create derivative works based on the Service for commercial distribution
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service

5.3 Single Organization Use

Each subscription is licensed for use by a single sports academy or organization. If you operate multiple academies or wish to provide the Service to affiliated organizations, each must maintain its own separate subscription. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5.4 Custom Domain Feature

The custom domain feature available on certain plans is provided solely for your organization's branding purposes. This feature does not grant you the right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service under your custom domain to third parties.

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding (excluding User Content), is owned by kCube Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Sportia name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of kCube Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or create through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that materially affect your use of the Service.

10.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through the Service settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms (including license restrictions), engage in reselling or sublicensing activities, or conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain your data as required by applicable laws. You may request data export before termination. No refunds will be provided for termination due to violation of these Terms.
